We are inviting a small cohort of intentional hosts to test the first version of our hosting infrastructure platform.
This is not a waitlist.
This is a working group.
Founding hosts will actively use the platform, share feedback, and help design a new standard for sustainable hosting.
We are building tools that reduce this burden —
but we need real hosts planning real gatherings to shape what we build.
Behind every gathering is vendor coordination, logistics management, emotional labor, financial exposure, and time pressure. This cohort allows us to:

Identify friction points
Improve vendor matching and coordination logic
Measure time saved and stress reduced
