5. Payments & Subscriptions

If applicable, payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, designs, workflows, prompts, and methodologies are owned by The Blindian Table or licensed to us.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes related to relationships, events, attendance, emotional impact, or success of gatherings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Blindian Table LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion without notice for violations of these Terms.
